Digital Photography I (Beginner) is an entry-level course crafted for those who are new to digital photography and eager to explore its artistic and technical aspects. The course provides a comprehensive introduction to the key concepts of digital photography, including an in-depth look at camera settings, exposure, and focus. Students will gain hands-on experience with various shooting modes, such as manual, aperture priority, and shutter priority, to understand how each setting affects their images.

 

Additionally, the course covers the fundamentals of composition, including the rule of thirds, leading lines, and framing, to help students create visually appealing photographs. 

 

Through practical exercises and assignments, students will develop their skills in capturing sharp, well-exposed images and gain a solid understanding of the digital workflow, including file management and basic post-processing. By the end of the course, participants will have the confidence to take creative and technically sound photos, laying a strong foundation for further exploration and specialization in digital photography.

    • Tips for different environments: indoor, outdoor, low light

    • Practice sessions with real-world scenarios​

  6. Post-Processing Basics 

    • Introduction to photo editing software

    • Basic editing techniques: cropping, color correction, and sharpening

    • Workflow for organizing and enhancing your images​
